Live Commerce Host - Pokémon

Studio Finder is seeking a highly energetic and knowledgeable Pokémon Live Commerce Host to run live selling streams across platforms such as Whatnot, eBay Live, and other live commerce channels. This role combines sales, entertainment, product knowledge, and community building. The ideal candidate is passionate about Pokémon, understands the modern Pokémon market, can confidently discuss current sets and trends, and thrives in front of a live audience. Success in this role means building a loyal customer community, creating engaging live experiences, driving sales, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and becoming a trusted personality within the Pokémon collecting space. This position plays a critical role in helping grow our Pokémon channels and delivering exceptional experiences for collectors and customers. Responsibilities Host live Pokémon selling streams and auctions multiple days per week. Engage with customers in real time through chat, questions, giveaways, and community interaction. Demonstrate strong knowledge of current Pokémon products, modern sets, chase cards, market trends, and collector demand. Open packs, showcase singles, discuss card values, and explain products confidently on stream. Maintain a high energy, entertaining, and professional on camera presence (Sometimes only hands on camera). Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Monitor live stream performance and work with management to improve sales and viewer engagement. Ensure all live streams follow platform guidelines, company policies, and compliance requirements. Assist with product preparation, organization, and stream setup. Represent the Studio Finder and client brands professionally at all times. Stay informed on new Pokémon releases, upcoming products, major card market movements, and community trends. Qualifications Deep knowledge of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, including modern sets, popular Pokémon, chase cards, sealed products, and current market trends. Active interest in the Pokémon hobby and collecting community. Ability to confidently discuss Pokémon products, cards, set releases, and collector demand without relying on scripts. High-energy personality with the ability to entertain and engage an audience. Excellent verbal communication skills and clear spoken English. Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with customers in real time. Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills. Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible streaming schedules. Preferred (Not Required) Experience buying, selling, trading, grading, or collecting Pokémon cards. Familiarity with platforms such as Whatnot, eBay Live, TikTok Shop, Twitch, or YouTube. Previous sales, retail, customer service, or content creation experience. No prior streaming experience required. We can teach live selling and streaming.
