Requirements: We're looking for team members who embody our core values—being fully present, going above-and-beyond, and creating memorable experiences for our clients. Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented. Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle. Able to lift 20 lbs. and clean 3–4 homes per day. Clear background check required. Positive attitude, trustworthy character, and strong self-motivation. Committed to showing up fully—present, focused, and ready to make a difference.
Responsibilities: As a Two Maids Plano professional, you'll deliver exceptional care through our proven systems—always with the mindset of Never Doing Just Enough. Clean and prepare residential homes using the Two Maids System & Checklists. Build lasting relationships while servicing regular weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients. Deliver high-quality results with a sharp eye for detail. Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and teammates. Create "Maui Moments"—thoughtful touches that make clients feel genuinely cared for.
