• FQHC with excellent reputation since 1979
• 20 - 23 patients per day
• Phone call only 2 weeks per year
• Outpatient practice treating ages 18 and up
• Spanish language skills preferred
• Board-certified or board-eligible required
• FQHC experience preferred
