Position Overview We are actively looking to hire talented Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists in the area for LifeStance Health Edgewood Clinical Services. Applicants should be passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide medication management for child and adolescent patients. Provide psychotherapy for child and adolescent patients. Collaborate with mid-level providers to deliver comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Work within an outpatient, 100% outpatient environment with no on‑call requirements. Qualifications Fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process. Board Certified or Board Eligible within three years of completing residency. Unencumbered DEA registration. Experience in medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Fee‑for‑Service Productivity Model (W2).
