Workers Compensation Analyst

Managing the administration of the Company workers' compensation program, the full-time Workers Compensation Analyst will ensure compliance with state and federal laws while overseeing claims, engaging with stakeholders, and developing strategies for timely employee return to work. Key responsibilities Oversees day-to-day administration of the workers' compensation program across multiple states Assesses new claims and engages in serious or questionable cases while maintaining communication with employees and managers Partners with various stakeholders to develop claims strategies and recommends enhancements to policies and procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims or a Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to exercise discretion and handle conflict effectively Experience in developing and administering transitional duty programs Willingness to travel to the Northlake, Illinois site at least once per month
