Lead Sous Chef: Campus Dining & Catering Quality
NMS
Ilisagvik College in Barrow, AK is seeking a Sous Chef to lead preparation, production, and quality presentation across a variety of foods in a college dining operation. This rotational role works 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off with an estimated 70–75 hours per week. Housing and three meals per day are provided for staff, supporting service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the campus population.
