Join us!About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Business Execution Consultant to be a part of the Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) Strategy & Execution team. This role involves supporting the execution of the DAR transformation roadmap, managing strategic projects, and developing frameworks to assess risks associated with reports and analytics deliverables. The successful candidate will partner with finance to track efficiency opportunities, help drive the people and culture agenda for DAR and establish a robust continuous learning program for all DAR members. Critical success factors will include the ability to develop partnerships and influence positive outcomes with many business and functional areas and provide execution excellence for Data, Analytics & Reporting.In this role, you will:Lead projects supporting multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business ExecutionWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partnersProvide strategic level view on process-related activities across the Operations organizationDrive strategic design and implementation of process improvements across execution to increase efficiencies in operational processes and reduce riskEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key partners across all functions within the COERequired Qualifications:4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Ability to exercise independent judgment, creative problem-solving techniques and provide credible challenge to all levels of leadership within remediation processHas a growth mindset and able to work in an environment that is fast-paced and has constant changeKnowledge and understanding of consumer related remediation policy, process, and proceduresKnowledge and understanding of analytical methods used in: root cause analysisAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsStrong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectivesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsOutstanding problem solving and decision making skillsAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentAbility to communicate confidentially and professionallyAbility to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and managementAbility to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniquesSolid negotiation skillsAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentAbility to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetingsExperience successfully escalating complex issues and tracking follow-through to completionAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasWe Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
