LEAD HOUSE SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME VARIED) PATIENT CARE ADMINISTRATION

About the Position Summerlin Hospital, a 496‑bed facility in Las Vegas, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage quality patient care and lead clinical staff during assigned shifts. Assist with scheduling, training, orientation, and performance reviews of House Supervisors and other staff as assigned. Participate in coaching and counseling of staff in coordination with the Chief Nursing Officer, Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, or designated Clinical Nurse Director. Qualifications Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing school. BSN required. Experience : Five (5) years of clinical experience and one (1) year as Charge RN. Technical Skills : Computer proficiency including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. License/Certification : BLS and ACLS. Current RN license in the state of Nevada. Other : Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient.
