Join VISION RX LAB AMERICA as an Optical Lab Technician Customer Service and Distribution Associate! In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform optical lab functions including lens edging, mounting, and finishing.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the distribution of optical products to ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all lab operations.
- Utilize lab equipment and technology effectively for optimal performance.
- Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in optical technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in optical lab preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of optical products and processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using lab equipment and software related to optical manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
