Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support our Manufacturing & Production team in Milbank, SD. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor cheese-making equipment, follow strict GMP and HACCP standards, and help ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality American-style cheeses and dairy ingredients. Responsibilities include process monitoring, basic equipment troubleshooting, sanitation and CIP, quality checks, and accurate documentation. You’ll work in a collaborative, safety-focused, family-oriented culture with hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and competitive pay and benefits.
