What You’ll Do As a Baker at Crisp Cannoli, you’ll play a key role in crafting the high-quality products our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and baking a variety of goods, ensuring top-notch quality and consistency. Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production needs. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet health and safety standards. Managing inventory by handling and storing ingredients, including lifting 50-pound bags of product. Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals and delight our customers. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills: At least 1 year of baking experience in a professional or commercial setting. Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
