The Role Lead venture capital financings, including SAFEs, convertible notes and Series A-C rounds. Advise emerging companies on corporate governance, commercial matters and strategic growth. Support technology-focused M&A transactions. Manage multiple ECVC matters independently with minimal supervision. Requirements Senior Associate with strong ECVC experience gained at a leading law firm. Proven ability to manage a high volume of venture capital transactions end-to-end.
