Description

You enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and keeping things in good working order. You understand that a well maintained property makes a big difference in the guest experience. If you are reliable, safety minded, and skilled in general maintenance, keep reading.

The Role

As a Maintenance Person, you will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
  • Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
  • Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
  • Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
  • Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards

Qualifications

What Makes You You Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
