Job Title: Staff Pharmacist
Location: Memphis, TN 38134
Duration: 3 Months – Possible Extension
Pay Rate: $61–$70/hr. on W2 (without benefits) **(The compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, geographic location, and other applicable factors, and will fall within the posted pay range.)**
Key Requirements:
Location & Schedule: Onsite in Memphis, TN; Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM.
- Dispensing: Accurately and safely dispense medications while following pharmacy regulations and company standards.
- Clinical Support: Review prescriptions, identify medication concerns, and support safe patient outcomes.
- Operations & Leadership: Oversee fulfillment operations and guide, train, and support pharmacy technicians.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain a safe, compliant pharmacy environment and drive workflow improvements.
- Qualifications: Active Tennessee RPh license, 1+ year pharmacist experience, strong communication/problem -solving skills; PharmD and fulfillment/specialty experience preferred.
