Job Title Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training. 3 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments. 3 years of professional, design, and open-source experience. Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training. 5 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience. Experience architecting and implementing data analytics solutions in Azure. Experience in a relevant cloud, Kubernetes, automation development, and/or orchestration positions. Experience with Event driven architecture - Kafka. Airline industry experience, including business processes and supporting technology desired. Skills, Licenses & Certifications: Proficiency in Full Stack Development. Proficiency and demonstrate knowledge in the following technologies: J2EE technologies: Java, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, Spring Framework. Database and persistence frameworks: Hibernate, Oracle, Object/Relational Mapping, NoSQL, Query performance tuning. Container orchestration technologies: Kubernetes, AKS, docker. Web Servers: Tomcat, tcServer. Web Services: REST/SOAP (JSON/WSDL/XML). Front-end and other frameworks: Angular, Ext JS, CSS, jQuery, AJAX. Build/deployment tools: Maven, Git, Junit. Caching technologies: Redis, Ignite. Code coverage, security scanning technologies like Coverity, CodeQL, Sonar. Testing technologies: Junit, Performance Center, Selenium. Excellent understanding and experience of monitoring tools. Strong knowledge and understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (Git, Sonar, Azure DevOps, Artifactory) is preferred. Hands-on experience with writing Shell, Python, Groovy, PowerShell, or other scripting language. Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles.
