Job Description
Title: RN - Ambulatory Care

Schedule:
Shift: Mon-Thurs 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Shift Type: Days

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state
- 2 years of experience in ambulatory care or related specialty

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and education in an ambulatory setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in triage and assessment of patients upon arrival.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
