Smile Jobs is the exclusive recruiting partner for a network of independent neighborhood practices and boutique groups located throughout Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, Alabama, Colorado, Ohio, and Massaschutes. These affiliated offices are higher-end fee-for-service and/or select PPO-based, doctor led practices, with long standing reoccurring patients and strong reputations

Schedule
- Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Some Saturdays: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Assist the dentist with a variety of procedures, including restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, and Invisalign
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Prepare and maintain dental materials and instruments
- Accurately record treatment notes and update patient charts
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain infection control and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Stock and organize clinical supplies
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Current radiology certification required
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or other dental software preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
