Collaborate with manufacturing, tooling, engineering, and quality personnel as needed on technical issues. Audit internal systems to determine the effectiveness of corrective action measures. Implement calibration activities to obtain minimum variances. Meet established standards for productivity and quality; confer with supervisor when problems arise that impact the expected level of performance. Support and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management Systems and customer‑specific requirements. Contribute to a positive work environment. Perform any task required to support customer requirements and company goals. Qualifications Ability to use and interpret aerospace drawings and specifications, including strong GD&T skills and experience a plus. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures. Experience with software: CATIA/ENOVIA, MS Office; a plus. Experience with AS9102 FAI requirements and forms. Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence and communicate effectively with customers or employees. Ability to manage multiple projects and schedule requirements. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to sit or stand for at least 8 hours a day. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
