Preconstruction Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail driving Preconstruction Manager in the Tampa, FL metro to lead project planning and estimation. As a true General Contractor that focuses exclusively on management excellence, your success relies entirely on collaborating closely with trade partners to develop budgets, evaluate project feasibility and manage the bid process.
