Manufacturing Technician Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Des Plaines, IL Pay Range: 22.40 Shift: 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) What's the Job? Operate and maintain drug manufacturing equipment properly and efficiently Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients, then combine them into blends Maintain cleanliness and good repair of equipment and facility Complete work orders and document batch records in accordance with cGMP standards Follow procedures precisely and complete training, including cGMP and safety protocols What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Willingness to follow procedures exactly and participate in training Basic understanding of safety and manufacturing protocols What's in it for me?
