A private principal in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a highly organized dependable and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide a combination of personal assistance household support and administrative assistance.

This is a part-time position with the potential for expanded responsibilities and hours as a new technology startup continues to grow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented resourceful discreet and enjoys helping both a household and business operation run smoothly.

The position combines traditional personal assistant responsibilities with light executive support and home management duties.

Schedule & Hours

• Approximately 4 hours per day

• 45 days per week

• Approximately 2025 hours weekly

• Additional hours may become available as business needs expand

Responsibilities

Personal & Executive Assistant Support

• Assist with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks

• Manage schedules appointments reminders and follow-up items

• Support various projects and special assignments

• Assist with startup-related administrative tasks and organization

• Maintain confidentiality regarding business and personal matters

• Coordinate errands deliveries and general logistics

Household & Home Management Support

• Assist with general household organization

• Put away grocery deliveries and household purchases

• Rotate food items and maintain refrigerator organization

• Assist with light food preparation including washing and slicing vegetables

• Support household inventory and supply management

• Coordinate shopping and household errands as needed

Additional Support

• Run local errands and assist with miscellaneous projects

• Help maintain an organized efficient home office environment

• Provide flexible support as priorities shift between household and business needs

Job requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant Family Assistant or similar role preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and follow-through

• Professional trustworthy and highly discreet

• Comfortable balancing household and administrative responsibilities

• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
