Job Title: Operations Lead The Operations Lead oversees and coordinates maintenance projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role combines hands‑on project supervision with strategic operations oversight to drive efficient and effective project execution. Responsibilities Supervise and lead maintenance projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all work meets established quality and safety standards. Plan, organize, and coordinate daily project activities to meet timelines and operational goals. Estimate project scope, resources, and costs for industrial or residential projects to support accurate planning and bidding. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects remain within approved financial limits. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budget updates. Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to project team members to ensure efficient operations. Continuously review and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and project performance. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising or managing projects. Proven experience estimating industrial or residential projects. Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and controlling costs. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple tasks. Operations knowledge with an understanding of how to coordinate and optimize project workflows. Ability to supervise teams and provide clear, consistent direction. Solid organizational and time‑management skills to meet project deadlines. Strong attention to detail when planning, estimating, and tracking project activities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working on maintenance‑focused projects in industrial or residential environments. Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
