Certified Personal Trainer

About the Role:
Join FLEXX Fitness as a Certified Personal Trainer and help clients achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for passionate fitness professionals who thrive on motivating others and creating personalized training programs.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct one-on-one training sessions and group classes to maximize client engagement.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide expert guidance on nutrition and lifestyle modifications to enhance client results.
Assist with facility upkeep, including cleaning, organizing equipment, and maintaining a professional environment
Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term commitment to fitness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver the highest quality training.
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Contribute during non-training hours by supporting front desk operations, client check-ins, and overall member experience
Participate in marketing initiatives such as social media content, community outreach, and gym events
Requirements:
Current certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, program design, and nutrition principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Flexible schedule to accommodate client availability, including evenings and weekends.
