Building Plans & Code Inspector

City of Gardner is seeking a Building Inspector to review plans and conduct field inspections for compliance with codes and ordinances. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and at least four years of experience in the building trades. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with two years of experience will also be considered. ICC Residential or Commercial Building Inspector certifications are required.
