Affiliate Marketing Manager

Leading the strategic growth and performance of affiliate programs, the full-time remote Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage partner acquisition, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI across multiple brands and markets. Key responsibilities Develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategies while managing relationships with high-performing affiliates Conduct analyses on partner ROI and campaign performance, collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives Oversee forecasting and budget management for affiliate-driven acquisitions, producing reports on program KPIs and growth opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably on the advertiser or performance marketing side Proficiency with affiliate tracking and attribution systems, such as Income Access and Partnerize Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI modeling and partner profitability analysis Technical fluency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
