SBA Loan Closing Lead

First Horizon Bank is looking for an SBA Closing Manager to oversee and coordinate the closing process for SBA loans in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with SBA regulations and work closely with clients, loan officers, and vendors to facilitate accurate loan closings. This role requires 3+ years of SBA or commercial loan closing experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred. The candidate will manage a team, train associates, and ensure all documentation meets program requirements.
