Work Environment

The work setting is an outpatient office designed to promote patient comfort and healing. Our clinic features state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging both teamwork and individual growth. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we maintain a balanced environment where our dedicated staff can thrive while delivering top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer high-quality therapeutic care to adult patients, focusing on their specific rehabilitative needs by treating an average of three patients per hour.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Implement diverse treatment methodologies, including hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to equip patients with self-management skills.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to provide a comprehensive and cohesive treatment strategy.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring compliance with documentation standards and facilitating communication within the clinical team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves adult patients aged 40 to 65, addressing a variety of orthopedic conditions. This demographic often presents complex rehabilitation needs that require a tailored approach to ensure optimal recovery and long-term functional improvement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Possession of a valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated strong communication and clinical skills to foster patient engagement and cooperation in their rehabilitation process.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a readiness to adopt new techniques and methodologies in patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, specifically in an outpatient environment, which may include familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems, particularly CureMD, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
