Responsibilities Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers. Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers. Assist customers with claims and policy changes. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Sales experience, preferably in insurance. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
