Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Brewton, AL

Location: Brewton, Alabama

Caseload: Pre-K through 12th Grade

Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Brewton, Alabama, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity allows you to support students across Pre-K through 12th grade, providing essential speech and language services to help students succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations for students in Pre-K through 12th grade.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 75 students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible Alabama SLP license.
• Alabama Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
