Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay of $16.00+/hour based on experience
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Occasional Saturday half-day rotation
- Full-time, long-term opportunity
- Competitive benefits offered after probationary period
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and everyday banking transactions
- Assist customers with checking, savings, loan, credit card, and other account transactions
- Open and close the branch and assist with daily vault balancing
- Balance ATM funds and process night deposit bags
- Perform safe deposit box duties
- Help customers open accounts and maintain existing accounts
- Educate customers on banking products, loans, and financial services
- Assist customers with online banking and other banking technology
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional office environment
- Maintain accurate records while protecting confidential customer information
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong math, cash handling, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced banking environment
- Professional, courteous, and dependable attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
- Previous banking experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus
- Full-time daytime schedule
