Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay of $16.00+/hour based on experience
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday half-day rotation
• Full-time, long-term opportunity
• Competitive benefits offered after probationary period

What You'll Be Doing

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and everyday banking transactions
• Assist customers with checking, savings, loan, credit card, and other account transactions
• Open and close the branch and assist with daily vault balancing
• Balance ATM funds and process night deposit bags
• Perform safe deposit box duties
• Help customers open accounts and maintain existing accounts
• Educate customers on banking products, loans, and financial services
• Assist customers with online banking and other banking technology
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional office environment
• Maintain accurate records while protecting confidential customer information

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong math, cash handling, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced banking environment
• Professional, courteous, and dependable attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
• Previous banking experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus
