We’re looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys meeting new people, working as part of a team, and creating a great customer experience. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right products, provide knowledgeable and attentive service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment .

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Results

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while helping drive store sales and revenue.
• Understand and work toward company and store sales goals.
• Balance customer service with daily operational responsibilities.
• Help create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Proactively engage with customers and identify their needs.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and answer customer questions.
• Use product knowledge to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.

Support Store Operations

• Keep the selling floor and backroom clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Assist with receiving and processing shipments.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Support daily store operations and complete additional tasks as needed.

Support Merchandising

• Help execute company merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is presented appropriately.
• Help keep the store visually appealing and ready for customers.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Enjoys working with people and collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and building relationships.
• Motivated to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Able to learn product information and apply it when assisting customers.
• Positive, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new processes quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of customers and team members.
• Ability to handle challenges professionally and remain positive in difficult situations.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Continuously stand and walk throughout the store.
• Frequently push and pull merchandise or equipment.
• Occasionally bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, or reach above shoulder level.
• Climb a ladder when needed.
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds , including cartons of product and fixture parts.
