Job Summary:Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to announce multiple opportunities to become an integral part of our growing team as a full-time Audiology Assistant!As an Audiology Assistant, you will be directly involved in our Perfect Patient Journey, ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. Our office stays up-to-date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state of the art facility.Duties/Responsibilities:Demonstrate kindness and compassion in all patient interactions.Help patients by providing information, services, and assistance.Conduct Basic Hearing ScreeningsGuide patients through Hearing Aid OrientationsReminder calls for patientsRepairing Hearing AidsScheduling appointmentsMaintaining suppliesKnowledge of Insurance verification and billingRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Preferred experience in Otolaryngology.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.At least one year related audiology assistant experience required.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
