Press Operator / Metal Stamping – 2nd Shift
Location: Baldwin, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
SEEK Careers/Staffing is now hiring Press Operators / Metal Stamping Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Baldwin, WI. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and have an eye for quality, this is a great opportunity to join a dependable team.
Job Responsibilities- Operate metal stamping presses safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload metal parts into stamping equipment.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine measurements using basic inspection tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Communicate production issues to supervisors as needed.
- Previous manufacturing or press operation experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Weekly pay
- Competitive starting wage of $18.00/hour
