Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Business Analysts participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become an integral part of the delivery team to ensure the solutions built for our clients meet their needs to help drive their success.As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.Your key responsibilitiesAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve:Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specificationsConfiguring and implementing solutions that align with business needsIdentifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responsesExpect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.Skills and attributes for successTo thrive in this role, you should be action-oriented and adept at delivering processes, solutions, and projects. Your influence will extend beyond project delivery, impacting sales and service offerings. Key skills include:Participate in discovery meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their business requirements Propose and design solutions using the extensive Power Platform capabilities to solve the identified business requirements Customize Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements Create reports Train end-users Analytical prowess and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policiesAbility to guide and develop junior team membersProven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship managementTo qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor’s degree2 to 4 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in system design or information systemMinimum of one-year experience (or 2+ projects) implementing Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform technologies and have hands on experience with configuration and customizationsFamiliar with relational database conceptsSelf-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities Application Functional DesignSystem Configuration DesignTechnology Business Architecture FrameworksBuilding and Managing RelationshipsComplex Problem-SolvingIdeally, you’ll also haveDegree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; master’s degree in one of these areas preferred Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred Additional qualifications that complement the roleA proactive approach to professional developmentThe ability to adapt to diverse environments and culturesWhat we look forWe seek individuals who demonstrate leadership, the ability to work independently, and a passion for making an impact. Learn more at ey.com/us/careers.The salary range for this job is:New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $122,900 to $204,900Bay Area California offices – $128,100 to $213,400All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $102,500 to $187,900Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
