This role involves working closely with members and trainers to assess movement, identify potential risk factors, and implement injury prevention strategies during workouts. The Personal Trainer will provide on-the-floor support, guidance on safe exercise progressions and modifications and pushing each member to exceed what they think is possible. Daily responsibilities include training dynamic camps provided by Headquarters, collaborating with training team to deliver the best Fitness Product out there, and educating members on best practices for recovery, performance, while offering nutritional guidance and goal-setting through 1:1 Focus Meetings. The role also includes maintaining documentation of injuries, member reach outs, Focus Meeting notes, social media presence, supporting a safe training environment, and participating in ongoing professional development through weekly Trainer meetings, quarterly all-hands meetings, learning videos, Feedback loops and occasional regional trainings.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Personal/Athletic/Group Training and Injury Prevention, with the ability to assess risk and implement appropriate interventions.Strong skills in Strength & Conditioning, including executing the Fitness Product as designed and modifying exercise programs to support member performance and safety.Current certification as a Personal Trainer and eligibility for or possession of state licensure as required in Ohio.CPR/AED and First Aid certification, with readiness to respond to emergent situations in a fitness setting.Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with training team, members, and teammates.Ability to work on-site in a physically active environment, including standing, demonstrating exercises, and assisting members during sessions. xhyhwjd Previous experience in a fitness, sports performance, or clinical athletic training setting is preferred.
