Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Orthopedic experience required

Assignment Details

• Outpatient orthopedic and balance therapy setting
• Full-time preferred, 36 hours minimum
• EMR: WebPT
• One-on-one treatment model with no double booking
• Approximately 12 patients per day

Location Highlights

Plantsville is a village within Southington in central Connecticut, with access to the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail and Crescent Lake. Hubbard Park and Castle Craig in nearby Meriden are about 20 minutes away, and Sleeping Giant State Park in Hamden is within about 30 miles for hiking and outdoor recreation.
