ID: 77686977 Shift: 12H Nights 7p-7a, weekends as needed, first to float Description: Unit (LDRP)2yrs experience required# of L&D Beds16 and 13 Antepartum beds# of OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections3# of Triage beds8# of Postpartum beds32 beds on Mother Baby Care Unit on another floor. We are on the 2nd floor.# of Births per day? Month? Year? 4194 deliveries in 2023-anywhere from 320-400 per monthDo you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios?YesRequired Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?)NRP, CPR, ACLS, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring CoursesCommon diagnoses/Types of patientsPreeclampsia, Previa, Twins, DiabeticsExperience or 'Must have' skillsLDR, circulate the ORAre RNs required to titrate drips?Pitocin, and InsulinCommon titratable &/or set rate dripsPitocin commonly used-1-20ml/units, may go up to 40 ml/unitsIs there a Charge Nurse on each shift?
