Office Administrator - Part Time - Church

This is going to be a 4 or 5 day work week, with approximate working hours from 9am to 3pm. The ideal candidate will be looking for 24-30 hours/week of work in a professional environment, supporting leaders and a team that is highly focused on delivering the organization's mission.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure smooth running of the office - Handle reception duties like answering calls, greeting visitors, sorting mail - Maintain office supplies inventory and place re-orders as needed - Coordinate volunteers across rolls and community ministries - Support key projects/initiatives within assigned function - Support the administrative functions like photocopying, filing, data entry - Transaction coordinating assist in document review and execution

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with MS Office, G Suite, and the Apple Suite. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail - Prior experience as an administrative assistant or related role - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Basic Working Conditions:

Must have own method of dependable transportation and work full time during normal business hours Monday-Friday. Overtime and work on weekends may be needed at times. Employee must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Although this position will be in an office environment, at times this position may be required to lift over 25 lbs. Employee will be required to have the ability to stoop, kneel, and handle objects for filing.
