Schedule:

• Coverage dates: Oct 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29
• Clinic hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No weekends

Practice Details:

• 100% pediatric patient population (primarily Medicaid with some PPO)
• Multi-doctor, high-volume practice
• 5 chairs; approximately 70 patients per day
• Support staff: 2 dental assistants and 1 front office team member
• EMR: Dentrix (experience not required)

Typical Cases:

• Fillings
• Stainless steel crowns
• Pulpotomies
• Extractions
• Cleanings

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD
• Active Tennessee license
• Medicaid credentials at presentation
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
