Executive Assistant Job Location: Berkeley, California Job Type:Direct Hire Pay Rate:$100,00-$120,000/Year Schedule:Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm Description of Position:Do you have experience supporting senior executives and keeping complex priorities organized? Our client is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEP, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors while helping keep important projects, meetings, communications, and follow up on track. Job Responsibilities:Manager the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating prioritiesMonitor and help organize the CEO's email inbox, including identifying priorities and routing messagesPrepare the CEO for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and reportsCoordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agendas, board packets, meeting minutes, and recordsTrack important deadlines, projects, action items, and follow up items for the CEO and Leadership TeamCoordinate internal and external meetings with staff, funders, public agencies, community partners, and other stakeholdersDraft, edit, format, and distribute professional communications and organizational materialsConduct basic research and prepare background information for meetings and strategic discussionsMaintain organized executive files, record, policies, meeting documentation, and shared documentsAssist with meeting and interview logistics, including greeting guest and preparing meeting spaces Description of Company:You will be supporting a non-profit agency in Berkeley, California. Experience Required:5+ years of experience in executive support, administration, operations, or program coordination.Experience supporting a CEO, Executive Director, or other senior executive preferredExperience supporting a Board of Directors or governance function strongly preferredNonprofit experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling toolsExperience with project or task management platforms is a plusAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressureAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFlexible, dependable, and willing to take on new responsibilities as neededProfessional attitude and strong interpersonal skills Similar Positions:Administrative CoordinatorOffice ManagerProject CoordinatorPersonal Assistant Bolt Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
