Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage ventilator support for pediatric patients. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Conduct respiratory assessments and monitor patient progress. Ensure compliance with all facility-specific policies and legal standards. Provide education on respiratory health and treatment to patients and families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Qualifications Current RRT certification; CRT not acceptable. Active Tennessee license or eligibility, in compliance with NLC guidelines. Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience required. A driver's license must be included with the application submission. Ability to work nights and weekends as required. Proof of required immunizations, including flu vaccine.
