As the sole SLP on-site, you’ll develop autonomy and leadership skills while supporting a diverse student caseload from PK resource therapy through 8th grade. This hands-on, growth-oriented position elevates your expertise and broadens your educational impact.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active FL SLP licensure required
• SLP-CCC credential
• Experience working in school settings (preferred)
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and credentialing as required
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized speech-language services across PK–8th grade
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for diverse student needs
• Document progress, maintain compliance with district and state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Serve as the only on-site SLP, fostering close connections within the school community
