Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Manager Position

Freddy's is looking for managers who are passionate about guest relations, employee development and business growth.

Freddy's is seeking Hourly Shift Supervisors starting at $14 to $18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Restaurant experience is recommended. This position can be part-time or full-time with opportunity to work up to 40 hours a week. Candidates for this position will work primarily evenings and weekends.

Our restaurant closes at 10:00pm Sun-Thurs and 11:00pm Fri/Sat. We are only open for lunch and dinner.

To maintain our company's professional appearance standards, employees must be able to remove facial piercings other than earrings while at work. We are not able to move forward with applicants who have tattoos on the face or neck.

Shift supervisors help run shifts, manage team members, take care of guest resolution, make sure the restaurant is clean and organized, work key stations, open or close restaurant, etc.

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):

• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends
• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
• Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds during the course of a workday.
• Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
