Responsibilities Deliver a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest. Assist SONIC customers in navigating all customizable combinations. Resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied. Maintain SONIC safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications Positive attitude and serve as a SONIC Brand Ambassador. Remain calm, especially in tough situations. Resilient spirit and ability to bounce back from setbacks. Eager to learn and grow. Team mentality with willingness to help where needed. Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts. MUST BE 16 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY! Friendly and smiling faces that enjoy providing courteous service to guests. Willingness to cross-train on all stations. A team player keen on cleanliness and safety.
