Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility –Los Angeles, CA Relient Health is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Los Angeles, CA. Job Details: Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Location: Los Angeles, CA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement About the Facility: Join a respected skilled nursing facility in Cheviot Hills known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay range: ≈ $45–$70/hr , depending on experience, setting, and location. Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Continuing education support ️ Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team Document patient progress using EMR systems Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current CA License (or eligible to obtain) New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
