Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Cadillac that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean methodologies and tools across manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, analyzing, and resolving process inefficiencies.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and coach employees at all levels on CI principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across all relevant processes.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities that align with strategic business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA).
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop teams in continuous improvement principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in CI.
