Associate Dentist — Immediate Partnership Opportunity Location: Niceville, FL Mid Bay Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Full-Time Associate Dentist with an immediate partnership and ownership opportunity . This is a true owner-transition position—ideal for a clinician who is ready to step into leadership, maintain strong patient flow, and help guide the practice forward. Practice Snapshot Operatories: 7 total (6 fully furnished + 1 surgery op) Technology: CBCT, digital X-rays, iTero, 2 Trios scanners, electric handpieces Hygiene: 4 full-time hygienists Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday 7:30 am–4:30 pm (No Saturdays) Production: ~$180K–$200K net production/month Payer mix: FFS + PPO (Delta/VA/MetLife) Current doctors: 1 (owner) Clinical Scope (What You’ll Do) Provide comprehensive general dentistry while helping expand and maintain services such as: Preventive and restorative dentistry (crowns, bridges, fillings, dentures) Cosmetic dentistry (veneers) Clear aligners/Invisalign Implant placement (preferred) Endodontic procedures (preferred) Immediate Partnership / Ownership Focus This role is designed for a dentist who wants to move quickly toward partnership/ownership.
