Customer service representative

In this vital role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, distributors, and internal partners. If you thrive on solving problems, managing order lifecycles, and delivering a premier service experience, we want to hear from you!

salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Inquiry Handling: Manage high-volume incoming phone calls and emails from distributors, contractors, and end-users regarding product details, tracking, and service questions.
• Order Processing: Perform accurate order entry, generate customer quotes, and track transaction histories within enterprise CRM and ERP systems.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate routine service issues, delivery delays, or order discrepancies using standardized procedures to provide prompt, professional solutions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Contact internal logistics, inventory management, and technical departments to verify product availability, lead times, or shipment logistics.
• Account Follow-Up: Maintain open channels of communication with customers to follow up on pending quotes, delivery statuses, and general product feedback.
