Address safety concerns promptly and ensure team training is current.Problem-Solving & Improvement: Troubleshoot issues swiftly, collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements, and analyze data for operational optimization.Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, assist with scheduling, and manage shift transitions smoothly.QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years in a supervisory role within the flexible packaging or similar manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of packaging processes and materials.Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
