Job/Practice Description: Urologist
- 24-30 hours per week
- Minimal Call - phone only
- Urologist will work a combination of clinic and OR time
- Urologist will be expected to grow into full schedule, provider will have input. Goal is to match expected annual RVU requirement for base salary.
Professional Background:
- MD / DO
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonology
- IN Medical License
- Open to New Graduates
